Madison Avenue Lofts

Completed in 2018, the Madison Avenue Lofts project at 380 Macpherson Avenue, Toronto, Canada, required a stable and flexible raised paving solution for its residential outdoor areas.

The project used 3,500 Moonbay adjustable pedestals, including 1,500 MB-A0-D units with a height range of 80–130 mm and 2,000 MB-A0-E units with a height range of 130–175 mm, supplied through Green Innovations.

Performance and Precision

The two pedestal models provided reliable support and precise height adjustment across areas with different elevation requirements. Their adjustable design helped create a level and consistently supported finished surface while allowing rainwater to drain beneath the paving.

Aesthetic Integration and Durability

The concealed pedestal system maintained a clean and seamless appearance without exposing the supporting structure. It also made the space beneath the paving accessible for future inspection and maintenance, providing a durable and practical solution for the residential development.
