▶PP/HDPE Cover

The plastic cover is made from high-quality PP/HDPE material, designed with a narrow-slot anti-heel trap surface for pedestrian safety. Certified to EN124 A15 standard, it is suitable for light-duty applications with a loading capacity up to 1.5 tons. Lightweight yet durable, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, easy installation, and long service life.

▶Stainless Steel Cover

The stainless steel cover is available in three types – pressed (stamped) cover, grating, and slot cover – designed for light-duty drainage applications. Certified to EN124 A15 standard, they are suitable for pedestrian areas with a loading capacity up to 1.5 tons. Manufactured from stainless steel 201 or 304, the covers offer excellent corrosion resistance, hygiene, and long service life.

▶Galvanized Steel Cover

The galvanized steel cover, made from hot-dip galvanized carbon steel, is durable and corrosion resistant. Certified to EN124 standard, it offers two load classes: A15 for pedestrian areas, gardens, and light walkways (up to 1.5 tons), and C250 for roadside drainage and parking lots with light vehicle traffic (up to 25 tons). Cost-effective and easy to install, it is compatible with plastic, polymer concrete, and concrete channels.

▶Ductile Iron Cover

The ductile iron cover is manufactured from high-strength spheroidal graphite iron, providing superior toughness, durability, and safety compared to traditional gray cast iron. Certified to EN124 D400 standard, it can withstand heavy-duty traffic loads up to 40 tons, making it ideal for the most demanding applications. With excellent load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and fatigue strength, this cover ensures long service life with minimal maintenance. Surface finishes such as bitumen coating, galvanizing, or epoxy paint are available to provide enhanced corrosion protection.
